SHIPPING
Luthier Music Corp. will send a guitar anywhere in the world on 48 hours approval period, the guitar must be prepaid, in case of a return a full refund (less shipping charges) will be issued provided the guitar is returned in its original condition.
REFUNDS
Refunds/Exchanges on Videos/DVDs, CDs, Castanets, gifts and accessories are not permitted.
Exception: If a Video/DVD, CD, Gift or accessory is defective exchanges are permitted only for the same item within 5 days of purchase.
NO refunds, returns or exchanges on Sheet Music / Books.
Before any items may be returned, a return authorization must be obtained from Luthier Music Corp.
Items returned without proper Return Authorizations will be refused by Luthier Music Corp.
Refunds/Exchanges on guitars purchased in the store are permitted within 5 days of purchase.
Refunds for cash purchases over $25.00 will be made by check.
